1. Definitions
The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this agreement.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the abc71vip platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the abc71vip platform and close your account by contacting support@abc71vip. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
abc71vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. The effective date of the current version is displayed in the hero section of this page and at the top of each section where relevant.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the full features of the abc71vip platform, including real-money betting, casino games, and promotional offers, you must register a Player Account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements and conditions.
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. abc71vip is strictly an 18+ platform. Any Player found to be under the legal age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds held pending verification.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. abc71vip reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law and where such prohibition applies to you personally.
3.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the abc71vip platform. Multiple accounts may not be registered using the same name, address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address. Where duplicate accounts are detected, abc71vip reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances derived from promotional activity. Genuine deposit balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after investigation.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your abc71vip account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. abc71vip staff will never ask you to provide your password. All activity conducted from your account is your responsibility unless you have notified abc71vip of suspected unauthorised access in writing at support@abc71vip prior to the activity in question.
3.4 KYC Identity Verification
All Players must complete KYC identity verification before making their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. abc71vip may request additional documentation at any time if fraud or identity concerns arise. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in account suspension.
- 3.4a KYC documents must be submitted as clear, unobstructed digital photographs or scanned copies.
- 3.4b Documents must be valid and not expired at the time of submission.
- 3.4c abc71vip reserves the right to request a selfie or video verification in cases of identity doubt.
- 3.4d KYC data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties except where required for fraud prevention or payment processing.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the abc71vip platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds from your Player Account.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
abc71vip currently supports the following payment methods for Players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Players are advised to check the current list of supported methods within their account dashboard.
4.2 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); ৳1,000 for bank transfer methods.
- Maximum single deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit interface. These limits may be adjusted based on Player verification status and account history.
- Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary: mobile wallet deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours during business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
- abc71vip does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are displayed within the withdrawal interface.
- All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- abc71vip targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified accounts on standard business days. Processing times may extend to 72 hours during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
- abc71vip reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 5 business days.
- Any active Bonus Balance that has not met its wagering requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the corresponding Real Money Balance, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted through the abc71vip platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and all other game types.
5.1 Sports Betting
- All bets are placed at your own risk. abc71vip does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any bet.
- Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued by the system. A bet is not confirmed by simply entering selections into the bet slip.
- In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief delay for integrity purposes. abc71vip reserves the right to reject or void in-play bets where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement.
- abc71vip reserves the right to restrict bet stakes, suspend markets, or void bets where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
- Pricing errors: where odds are published at a manifestly incorrect price (palpable error), abc71vip reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market price at the time of bet placement.
- Event cancellations: if a sporting event is cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market, as detailed in the sportsbook rules section within the platform.
5.2 Casino Games
- All casino games available on the abc71vip platform use certified random number generators (RNG) from audited third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
- Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. Game rules applicable to each live table are displayed within the game interface before play commences.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, software fault, or streaming interruption — the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the game server. Where no game state can be confirmed, the bet stake will be returned to the Player.
- Progressive jackpot winnings are subject to verification before payment. abc71vip reserves the right to request additional identity verification for jackpot wins above defined thresholds.
5.3 Prohibited Conduct
- i Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical aid to place bets or interact with the platform.
- ii Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- iii Systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
- iv Money laundering: using the platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity.
- v Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any communication with abc71vip support.
- vi Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
abc71vip offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer.
6.1 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is only available to Players who opt in to that specific offer, either by explicitly claiming it during a deposit or via the Promotions section of their account.
- Each bonus offer will state a wagering requirement (turnover multiplier), eligible games or markets, minimum qualifying deposit amount, and expiry period. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.
- Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance, which is separate from the Real Money Balance. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance until the wagering requirement is met, at which point they are transferred to the Real Money Balance.
- The maximum withdrawal amount derived from a single bonus offer may be capped. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the individual bonus terms.
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
- abc71vip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the withdrawal does not retroactively affect bets or games already in progress at the time of withdrawal.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
abc71vip employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same offer across multiple accounts, low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinated abuse across groups of Players. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, abc71vip will void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and may suspend the account. Genuine deposit balances will be returned following investigation.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by abc71vip
abc71vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
- Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
- Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse.
- Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing involvement or use of insider information.
- Chargebacks raised by the Player against a deposit transaction without first contacting abc71vip support.
Upon suspension for a policy breach, abc71vip will conduct an investigation. If the breach is confirmed, balances derived from the breach may be forfeited. Genuine deposit balances not connected to the breach will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following the completion of the investigation.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@abc71vip. Upon receiving a closure request, abc71vip will confirm the account balance, settle any pending bets at their natural conclusion, and process a final withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Any active Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. abc71vip will notify the Player using the contact details on the account before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to the Real Money Balance, commencing 30 days after the dormancy notice is sent. No fees are applied to a zero balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support@abc71vip.
8. Responsible Gaming
abc71vip is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gaming commitment and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. When the limit is reached, the Player is automatically logged out.
- Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Reactivation is automatic at the end of the chosen period.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration. Requests must be submitted to support@abc71vip. During self-exclusion, the account is fully suspended and no deposits, bets, or promotional communications will be processed.
- Reality Checks: Players may enable on-screen session duration reminders within their account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc71vip's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
abc71vip shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic or financial loss arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the platform.
abc71vip does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and Force Majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. abc71vip will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. abc71vip expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Amendments & Governing Law
10.1 Amendments
abc71vip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, payment terms, bonus conditions, or account closure rules — abc71vip will provide Players with at least 14 days' advance notice via the contact details associated with their registered account. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to the list of supported payment methods) may be made without advance notice. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always accessible via the footer link on every page of the abc71vip platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms communicated to Players, constitute the entire agreement between abc71vip and the Player with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
10.4 Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of any provision, the English-language version shall prevail.
